New Camera

Yes, yes, I know that that (Wow, that seemed awkward- that two times in a row) is a very creative post title for the letter "N", but I promised some photos taken by my new camera, and here they are. A Winning Ticket

No. But, I did win a raffle. Not just any raffle, but a raffle for the best prize ever: I won a- hold on, you're not ready.... now you're ready- I won a brand new camera!!!!

Inventions

North

Hi Y'all! It's Nina and I'm awfully excited! Stephanie over at what's so random is having a blog challenge! You have to blog each day about something that begins with letters of your name.  For example, today I'm going to blog about the North, and tomorrow I'm blogging about inventions, so on. So lets begin:

      The North. A charming and very nice place actually, I think it's quite beautiful. It's quite varied; from rainy forests (not to be confused with Rainforests) to mountains, to sunny coastline. I really like it, but I like the South a lot more: fresh air, a nice special, everybody-knows-you charm, small towns and big cities alike, and the best food ever!!! But I'm supposed to be posting about the North... let's see.... I really don't have anything more to say :)!

UPDATE: Yeah, the weather here is great *rolls eyes*

I've been thinking for a while, and I've decided that I want an etsy store. I want to sell my prints, earn a little money, and see what it would be like to be a (semi) actual photographer. What do you guys think? Should I? And f I should, I've been trying to think of a name for it. Please vote in my poll. Should I start one?

The theme over at little somethings for their photo challenge is little, and I knew I had to enter. As Kate said in the challenge post, photos should tell a story, and convey emotion. Well my photo definitely tells a story: first the photograph then the story:

The Photo:

The Story:
There once was a little flower, a colorful flower, a beautiful flower. Seemingly paralleling the flower, their was a girl. That girl loved photography, and loved flowers, and at her local gardening shoppe, she adopted the little flower and planted him in her garden. The little flower grew and grew, and eventually became a large beautiful rose. The flower is the one in the picture. Can you guess who the girl is? :)


I really want to get in to the finalists, I've never been a finalist.

I edited this photo by saturating it, redding it, and adding texture.

Photo Challenge

Remember "Creativity Challenge"? Most of you weren't followers back then, so you don't. It was my very unsuccessful contest. In any case, for all of you photographers, I'm going to try again, ands this time it will be a photo challenge. Each week their will be a theme, and one person will be eliminated each round. The winner gets a blog design from the premade templates, and a chance to (if you want to) help host the next season of this Challenge.  I'm going to call it "Project Snapshot" or PS. I'll start once I get at least 10 different people to comment on this post saying that they'd like to join.

New Design

The design is kinda- sorta new, but the header is new, thanks to my sister. Also, since my name is Nianne, I will from now on be going as Nina, not Anne. Sorry for the super short post!

A Walk in The Garden

The flowers are blooming in my garden, filling the air with sweet smells. Especially the roses. I planted every single flower in my garden myself, and I love to take pictures of them. Here are some:
