A Semi-Goodbye

You guys. I've loved blogging... but I'm going to have to leave now. I don't know, but it seems like this chapter of my life is over-

APRIL FOOLS.

Well, kind of.

I really am going to quit this blog. It's sad, I know, but I need to start anew. And that's what I'm going to do, at Sonder, my new blog. Please, follow if you want to.

What does sonder mean?
It's originally sourced from here.

Thank you so much everybody, and I'll see you on Sonder,

Nina.

An Extraordinarily Ordinary Spring Break

It feels so weird to be in the groove of being my normal self again.Photography is an odd form of meditating on a moment, a sort of saying, "I enjoy this moment but I think I might be able to enjoy it more later."

These make me feel so much better, a collage of Paper Towns musings on poetry and thoughts stolen directly from mind. It's such a weird thing to be one of those people who has a Peter Van Houten, you know? I realize that a lot of people like John Green, but, to sum it up in my old way (from mah novella):

"Every book was written for a very very very specific type of person. Millions of people may adore this book, but, sometimes, one person, only ever one person, will know that this book was written for them. That’s the way it is with me."

Or, in JG's way:
“It wasn’t even that the book was so good or anything; it was just that the author, Peter Van Houten, seemed to understand me in weird and impossible ways. An Imperial Affliction was my book, in the way my body was my body and my thoughts were my thoughts.”

Sometimes, I try to explain something and finally end with, "Oh, whatever. Read John Green. He'll explain my thoughts more eloquently. "

So, anyway, things:
My friend Leyla and I started an online magazine, Look Up More.
If you want to contribute, or even become a full part of the team, either ask us on tumblr, or email me at sunlitdays022@yahoo.com.

Cheers and butterbeer,

a question and a song

who am i? my sister says not to define yourself by what you consume, which isn't entirely true.

there are things that i hyper-enjoy- such as indie rock and reading blogs, doctor who and editing photos.

and then there are things that are me.

such as:
fix you
and the mysterious benedict society
and john green novels
and taking walks
and photography.

what makes up you?
